We had been in contact with Tony about the sale of our former house for over a year before being in a position to put it on the market (he waited very patiently for us!). As this wasn’t until April, we had thought that there was a slim to no chance of being in a new home by the time our second baby was expected at the end of August, or even finding anything that we liked. In fact, thanks to Tony working some magic, we were in a house that we loved by the beginning of July. Tony was extremely communicative, efficient and friendly throughout the whole process – we felt like we were in very honest and safe hands each step of the way. We never had to hold back asking questions and Tony went the extra mile to help speed things along, in particular with the conveyancing process and liaising with the other buyers and sellers in our chain, answering messages late into the evening. This was often the only time we were able to deal with issues given we were out at work all day, but we did not expect the responses as quickly as we got them. Our previous house sold quickly from the point of being on the market and for the price we were hoping to achieve (despite several lower estimates from other estate agents) thanks to Tony and Maria's efforts. Tony then found us a house that ticked so many of our boxes we couldn’t really believe it was going to happen. But it did, and it was such a wonderful feeling to bring our baby back to our new family home where we hope to be for a very long time. We can’t thank Tony and Maria enough for this!
