I have been involved in running sales departments for over 20 years in various management roles and understand the importance of delivering a great customer experience. Something that has become second nature to me over this period.

For the last 3 years, I have been involved in property renovations and home improvements. It was not the plan from the start of this journey to end up where I am now, however, with some careful planning and training, our own estate agency business was created. During this period I have obtained a diploma in Estate Agency and we are proud members of the Property Redress Scheme.

 It doesn't stop there, as we will continue with personal development and training, making sure that we comply with any code of practice along with new legislation and licensing as they are introduced to Estate Agents.

Coming from a background where I have been used to putting customers before profit...I am determined to raise the bar within the industry and aim to deliver the best service available.
