Absolutely Fantastic. We sold our house and brought a house with Tony and Maria, and we can’t recommend them enough. They were so friendly. Helpful and patient, very clear communication and supportive throughout. We recommend them to everyone!We needed to move quickly and our house was up for sale the same day they came to take photos, and we had offers 48hrs later. Maria was very professional and we really felt the personal care they put into every transaction.

We thoroughly recommend Antony Davies Estate Agents given the experience we had with both selling and purchasing a property through them. We had been in contact with Tony about the sale of our former house for over a year before being in a position to put it on the market (he waited very patiently for us!). As this wasn’t until April, we had thought that there was a slim to none chance of being in a new home by the time our second baby was expected at the end of August, or even finding anything that we liked. In fact, thanks to Tony working some magic, we were in a house that we loved by the beginning of July. Tony was extremely communicative, efficient and friendly throughout the whole process – we felt like we were in very honest and safe hands each step of the way. We never had to hold back asking questions and Tony went the extra mile to help speed things along, in particular with the conveyancing process and liaising with the other buyers and sellers in our chain, answering messages late into the evening. This was often the only time we were able to deal with issues given we were out at work all day, but we did not expect the responses as quickly as we got them. Our previous house sold quickly from the point of being on the market and for the price we were hoping to achieve (despite several lower estimates from other estate agents) thanks to Tony and Maria's efforts. Tony then found us a house that ticked so many of our boxes we couldn’t really believe it was going to happen. But it did, and it was such a wonderful feeling to bring our baby back to our new family home where we hope to be for a very long time. We can’t thank Tony and Maria enough for this! If you are looking for an estate agent who offers a very personal service, really cares about helping you and acts with every ounce of professionalism, then go with these guys. We will certainly be recommending them to our friends and acquaintances.

We bought our first house with Tony, best experience from all the agents that showed us a house.Not pushing us to rush the decision, answered any questions, always available and above all very friendly.A real family owned business that makes it feel easy and comfortable. A fresh breath of air in a polluted market of estate agents.I can't recommend them enough above all others.We will definitely sell the house and buy a new one with them when the time comes, a great experience.Cheers Tony and thanks for all the help and support.

We would highly recommend Anthony Davis Estate Agents. We appreciated Tony’s excellent communication, professionalism and personal approach. We had already found a house we wanted to buy and Tony was able to get our house on the market and secure a good buyer in less than a week.
